I would love to find out where it is in Ohio. I've been looking too and can't find the city.
State health department websites are great resources. I visited the state health department websites for each of the affected states.
The Ohio case resides in Lorain County; California cases reside in San Diego and Imperial Counties; Texas cases reside in Guadalupe County, near San Antonio; Kansas cases reside in Dickinson County; and New York cases reside in New York City.
